MY INTERNSHIP:- 


I am posted in General Medicine posting from 1st September 2023 to 31st October 2023.


1st I started with my units from 1st September to 15th September and again from 1st October to 15th October.

My additional works in units :- 


Took samples by myself.


I have put 6 nasogastric tubes and  5 foleys catheterisation .


Done 2 ascitic taps.


I have taken ABS by myself.


Assisted in 2 intubations .


Done CPR.


Assisted in central line and my seniors gave me chance to suture the central line to maintain in position.






Then I had peripherals from 16th September to 30th September, where I had ICU, Nephrology and ward duties.


ICU :- ( 16th September to 20th September)


Learned about Ventilator.


Done CPR


Assisted in a intubation.


Took samples.


I have taken ABG samples.


Did ascitic tap.


I have kept 2 ryles tubes and 4 foleys catheters.



NEPHRO :- (21st September to 15th September )


Learned about the process of dialysis


Monitored patients in dialysis .


Assisted in 3 central lines.


Learned about Complications of dialysis.

 

Done CPR. 



WARD :- ( 16th September to 30 th September)


Monitored patients at night


Took samples by myself.


Took a ABG sample.


Learned to put an IV cannula.




From 1st October to 15th October I continued to have units.


From 16th October to 31st October I have psychiatry.
